Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 1rokok's services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 1rokok website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 1rokok platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing our services through any device or method. 1rokok reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of 1rokok's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect any unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately through the support channels provided.
1rokok reserves the right to verify user identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process before approving any withdrawals or significant financial transactions. You agree to provide valid identification documents upon request.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
By using the 1rokok platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 1rokok's services.
- You must not use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of applicable regulations.
- You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any part of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- You must not use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- You must not spread false, misleading, or deceptive information to other parties through this platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
1rokok reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates the above rules without prior notice.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1rokok platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you. 1rokok does not accept deposits or payments made on behalf of third parties.
Accepted payment methods include FPX via Malaysian internet banking and recognised e-wallets. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method selected. Withdrawals will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
1rokok reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. In such cases, we may freeze the relevant account pending the outcome of an investigation. Any bonuses or promotions obtained through illegitimate means will be automatically voided.

5. Limitation of Liability
1rokok is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by users in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions.
- Service disruptions due to technical maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
1rokok's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
6. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
1rokok reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision under these terms and conditions.
- Facilitation of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Attempts to manipulate the game system or payment processes.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the resolution of any outstanding issues. Accounts closed due to a breach of policy are not eligible for reinstatement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, logos, brand names, software code, and other materials on the 1rokok platform are the exclusive property of 1rokok or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of this intellectual property without prior written consent from 1rokok.
The 1rokok name and logo are trademarks of this platform. Unauthorised use of any of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The 1rokok platform may provide references or links to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 1rokok is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
9. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1rokok reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the 1rokok platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
